An O-Shot® Toronto can be done with injectable or topical anaesthetic. At Bodyful Toronto we only use Topical freezing as we found the injection for freezing more painful than getting the actual O-Shot®. Most patients’ are surprised when they are told the treatment is done. They really didn’t feel a thing or they say that wasn’t bad at all. Procedure time varies but usually takes between 45-60 minutes from start to finish. Most of the time is for freezing and doing the blood draw, the actual treatment takes 5-10 minutes.
